Over the years we have built KONGSBERG Discovery to become a world leader within acoustic
sensors for every kind of maritime use and we are continuously developing new and improved
systems to meet global environmental challenges.
As our System Engineer, you will work with a variety of product- and project-documentation and play
a key role in our large delivery projects. You'll have responsibility for overall project system
engineering activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and implementation of client
requirements in execution and design. You'll contribute to developing plans and cost/hour estimates
for all relevant engineering disciplines, and will follow up on engineering documentation, including
progress reporting.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in System Design and
Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering. Experience as an Engineering Manager on
complex projects is an advantage. Experience with planning tools for project schedule, documents and
technical data is an advantage. Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written, is required.

and you'll communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way that fosters collaboration with your
