Key tasks
- As Regional Sales Manager – Defence you will be responsible for the sales and strategic support of Defence customers. Coordinate the expansion of existing business, drive the acquisition of new customers, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Collaborate closely with product specialists from Defence and the Domain Sales Manager, gathering and sharing market feedback
- Provide continuous input while guiding Offer Teams during tendering projects, ensuring competitive, customer-focused proposals
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and and actively implement it. In this context, you are also responsible for the respective local partners, agents and consultants.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts within the defence market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with defence customers, coordinating regional sales activities, and driving strategic business growth. The role includes up to 50% travel, offering opportunities to collaborate closely with our partners and teams across locations. The primary workplace is our office in Oslo.
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Industry knowledge, familiar with the defence market and its structures; a regional personal network would be an advantage
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the defence or related high-technology markets
- Solid understanding of technology and its role in the defence industry is ideal
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach who understands “consultive selling”
- Enjoy working independently in a matrix organisation and bring proactivity to the table
- Strong communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.
