Aerospace Propulsion Business Unit within Nammo is looking for a new director within business development organized in Nammo Raufoss AS. The right person will be responsible for handling selected business areas within the tactical rocket motor market segment with customers being mainly international missile prime contractors.

Tasks and responsibilities

The director will be the main point of contact, and will be leading the marketing process toward selected customers. Specific tasks are:

  • Establish strategic plans and actions
  • Customer Relations Management
  • Participate in exhibitions
  • Lead business development and marketing processes
  • Order income and order backlog reporting

Qualifications

  • Education at minimum bachelor level, master preferred
  • Experience from defense industry and/or Defense Forces
  • Fluent in our working language - English
